Project consists of full-building tenant improvement and distribution center for Mezzetta, the prestigious gourmet food manufacturer. The project included new office space, lobby, break room, conference rooms, test kitchens, and warehouse distribution/storage facilities, establishing their new world headquarters in the heart of Napa Valley.
