At 114,000 square feet, the renovation seeks to transform the employee and visitor experience by offering a full-service amenities floor and restacked program. Refreshed with new department suites and modern finishes, it is configured for futureproofing and flexibility. The project’s salient challenge was to relocate 11,000 SF of amenity functions from the ground level, where these spaces were disconnected from CoreLogic’s work force, to Level 9, where they could be easily accessed from reception by employees and visitors alike. In doing so, a full restack of existing office space was in order. The displacement of staff on Level 9 gave CoreLogic a welcome opportunity to reevaluate their functions, program and team adjacencies.

The process began with strategic programming and visioning led by the design team and concluded with a phased construction approach. Each level was renovated with new meeting and breakout spaces, new department suites, new furniture, and updated finishes. Level 9, the showplace destination of the headquarters, is anchored by a concierge-style reception, flexible classrooms and an employee lounge which opens to the adjacent classrooms via operable partitions. At 3,350 SF when the partitions are closed, the lounge comfortably seats 120 occupants via booths, counter seating, high top tables, café tables and lounge seating. When the operable partitions are fully opened, the space is truly flexible for internal and external events.
